Diwali, the Festival of Lights, is a five day festival in India. It is celebrated by families enjoying traditional activities together in their homes, lighting oil lamps to signify the triumph of good over evil; the uplifting of spiritual darkness. During Diwali, all the celebrants wear new clothes and share sweets with family and friends.
